Refund Policy

This explains when refunds are available for orders placed through our research store.

When you are eligible

You are eligible for a refund or replacement if an item arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, or if an unopened item is returned in original condition within [X days].

What is not refundable

For safety and integrity, opened or used research materials are not refundable.

How to request a refund

Email hello@wellstasislabs.com with your order number and, where relevant, the batch or lot number and a photo. We will confirm the next steps.

Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [X business days].

All materials are supplied for laboratory research use only.
