Shipping & Returns

This page covers how research materials are shipped and what to do if something is not right. It applies to orders placed through our research store.

Processing and shipping

Orders are prepared and dispatched within [X business days]. Delivery times and available destinations depend on your location and are shown at checkout. Shipments are tracked and packaged discreetly.

If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or does not arrive

Contact us at hello@wellstasislabs.com within [X days] of delivery, or of the expected delivery date, with your order number. We will make it right, usually by replacing the item.

Returns

Because of the nature of research materials, opened items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, for safety and integrity reasons. Unopened items in original condition may be returned within [X days]. Contact us first to arrange it.

All materials are supplied for laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal use.
