Testing and certificates

How we test, and how to read the results.

A certificate of analysis only helps if you know what you are looking at, so here is our process and a plain guide to reading one.

How a batch gets tested

• We sample each production lot and send it to an independent lab.
• The lab confirms the identity and purity by HPLC-MS.
• The batch gets screened for endotoxins and sterility.
• We publish that batch’s certificate and tie it to the lot number.

Reading a certificate

Identity

Shows the vial holds the peptide it says, confirmed by mass. This is the first thing to check.

Purity

How much of the vial is the target compound. Look for 99% or higher, and a named method like HPLC-MS.

Endotoxin and sterility

Two screens most sellers skip. Seeing them here is a good sign, not a small one.
